Great as an appetizer and weekend (or weekday) lunches. Literally grab stuff from your fridge and/or pantry and stuff your face... or put it on a pretty cutting board for a great picture. This time I went for tomato focaccia from my local trattoria, sliced cucumber, almond stuffed olives, aged cheddar, and Calabrese salami. I'll continue to add combinations to this post, and feel free to comment on some of your favourite smorgasbord pairings!
